Hello, my name is Ra Djan — I’m a yoga teacher, manual therapist, and massage practitioner.

I offer both group and private classes, helping people build strength, flexibility, and inner peace. My yoga journey began 15 years ago — with back pain. That was the moment I first discovered yoga: at first, it saved my body, and later — quite naturally — it brought emotional balance and stability. If you’re not sure why you need all of this, don’t worry. Nobody is. But sometimes a good stretch works better than philosophy.

Yoga: Increase flexibility, find better balance

Hi! I’m Rajan, and I’ve been practicing Hatha Yoga for over 15 years. I’m the author of the video course “The Secret of a Healthy Neck: Effective Exercises for Everyone.” By education I’m a historian, which is why I also dive deep into the history and philosophy of yoga.

I teach yoga as a holistic practice: we work with breath (pranayama), learn to apply energy locks (bandhas), and study the philosophy of yoga, so that each class becomes deep and conscious. My sessions help you not only increase flexibility, but also strengthen muscles, improve posture, and find better balance.

Thai Massage

Thai massage is a dynamic, deeply therapeutic practice that focuses on stretching muscles and addressing orthopedic issues. It is performed in comfortable clothing, and unlike traditional Western massage, there are no superficial strokes. Instead, the practitioner applies firm, precise pressure, working not only on soft tissues but also mobilizing joints. The intention is to penetrate deeply into the body’s structure, releasing tension patterns, increasing range of motion, and restoring natural alignment.
